Barack Obama: International Flatterer and Phrase Repeater

A recent video of Barack Obama, compiled by John Stewart’s Danish counterpart, Thomas Buch-Andersen, humorously reveals the President’s reliance on a couple choice phrases.

The words he is saying literally mean nothing. Pure political yammering.

Speaking to a number of different groups every day is not easy, but at least try to make it seem genuine.

Rewatch the video and notice how Obama struggles to remember which country he’s talking about. His look seems to say, “I know you punch above your weight, and you’re one of our closest and strongest allies, but who are you again?”.

Regardless of the flack he’s received in the past, a teleprompter sure sounds like a good idea.
